Located near to Leconsfield, Arram is a tiny station serving an agricultural village in the east of Yorkshire. Close to the station there is a small fishing venue on the tidal river banks of the Hull. Many of the residents of the village commute from the rural surrounding by road and rail to the nearby towns of Beverley and Hull. The area is a picture postcard English village with a pub, shop and red telephone box.
